Pumpkin Picking

This is what I love about Fall.
We have been visiting this very low-key, family-owned, organic farm in CT. I love it because it isn't a zoo like most of them. I also love picking pumpkins off the vine, and not from some big pile.
We went a little early this year, so the foliage wasn't at it's peak. But, it was a quintessential New England day, none the less.
Miles, breaking the rules.

Our picks.

The chickens busy laying,

eggs.
Pretty chickie.
